Creating an invoice

Invoices are associated with projects. The first step in creating in invoice is to open the project that you would like to create an invoice for

  1. Open the project that you would like to create an invoice for
  2. Click the 'Invoices' tab on the project details page
  3. Click the '+ Invoice' button in the top right corner.
Changing the date and the due date

Click the date or the due date field and a calendar will be displayed allowing you to change the date

Importing tasks
  1. Click the 'Import Tasks' button in the top right corner
  2. Drag tasks from the left panel onto the invoice
Sending an invoice to a client

When you have finished creating the invoice, click the 'Done editing invoice' button. This will bring up the invoice details page. Click the 'Send' button on this page.
